Meet Armen
He was born and raised in Armenia, where he got his bachelor's degree in economics. At 26 years of age, in 1989, he immigrated to the United States. Got licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson and as a General Contractor in 1991 in California. In 1995, he upgraded his RE salesperson's license to a Broker's license. Since 1999, he has been appraising real estate in CA, and since 2003 in Nevada.
In 2004-2006, he founded the only credit reporting agency in Armenia. In 2007-2010, he started the implementation of a $400 million gaming resort project in Armenia. He is divorced and has a son who is 19 years of age. In 27 years of his real estate career, he has not received any disciplinary actions, formal complaints, or been a subject of a lawsuit.
