About Colt Amidan

Colt M. Amidan is Co-Founder of Simply Vegas Commercial Real Estate, along with Scott Hurlburt. Colt has oversight of business operations for the Simply Vegas Commercial Las Vegas Office. Simply Vegas Commercial is a full-service firm that specializes in Retail, Office, Industrial, Apartments, Hotels, and other investment properties.

Colt received a Bachelor of Science in Professional Sales from Weber State University. He has over 16 years of commercial real estate experience. From 2002 to 2006, Colt worked alongside G. Norman George, handling sales and leasing. During that time, Colt handled sales of Office and Industrial Parks, retail buildings, apartments, hospitals, and hotels. In 2007, he was recruited to create a real estate team in Las Vegas. He was the team lead of the top-selling and listing team in all of Coldwell Bankers in Nevada from 2007 to 2015. His team handled multiple banks' assets and corporate accounts. Colt was invited to multiple sit-downs with the government in Washington, D.C. to discuss the real estate crisis of 2007/2008. Now, Colt has teamed up with Scott to create Simply Vegas Commercial. Colt and Scott have also combined their teams to create the Hurlburt & Amidan Group, which handles both Sales and Leasing of commercial real estate.

The Hurlburt and Amidan Group believes in supporting the community and especially the people who are less fortunate. They have teamed up with a group of Veterans that are known as T.E.A.M. US. For every lease that the Hurlburt & Amidan Group finalizes, they will feed 300 homeless people in Las Vegas. For every sale you do with the group, you will help feed 600 people a home-cooked meal.
