About Megan Vernia

Hi there! I’m Megan, here to help with all your real estate needs. I live in Las Vegas, with my husband and three kids. Since moving here in 2020 from Seattle I’ve done most of my business in Pahrump, selling listings for a general contractor. I have a design background and went to school for business. In 2011 I got my real estate license in Washington state, and I’ve been hooked ever since! I have contacts for anything you may need during the real estate process, and I love to help. I’m also a foodie, can’t live without coffee and wine, am a health nut and crafty guru. I thrive on great communication, am an expert negotiator and I am brutally honest. We’ll have fun and I promise I will do everything in my power to get you the best deal possible and send you on your merry way!
