About Sheila Kiwanuka

Sheila Kiwanuka has been passionate about real estate since her earliest years growing up in Uganda. Her father has been in real estate for over 60 years and taught her the value of owning real estate. With her appetite and love of helping others, Sheila found her desire in real estate assisting her clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives.

When she moved to California in 2005 and joined (Capital Loans) as a loan processor, it gave her the ins and outs of how mortgage loans are processed, and she uses that background and knowledge to help her clients qualify for their mortgage loans. Over the years, Sheila has been involved in the sales and marketing of over 100 million dollars of real estate in California, New York, Florida, Texas, and Nevada.

With the joy she receives when her client gets into a new home, Sheila feels extremely blessed to work with remarkable clients who become her friends and family. Sheila says, “The most rewarding part of her profession is making her clients' dreams come true.
