McNeil Estates
McNeil Estates is a classic community in central Las Vegas. McNeil is popular choice for vintage seekers because of its central location, unique, vintage homes, architectural styles, tree lined streets and proximity to parks and schools. The community is made up of single family, ranch style homes all on half acre lots. Most of the homes were built in the 1950's to 1960's and many have had major renovations to keep up with the modern times. The homes are charming in this community and a great place to look at if looking for a vintage-feeling neighborhood.

Did you know you can get an amazing view and a great lunch at the Spring Preserve? Yes, the Divine Cafe is high above the Spring Preserve and has a private entrance for diners only. The food is fantastic, quick and fresh. You have to chose a nice day and sit outside on the patio and enjoy the view.
Coffee
The Egg and I is located down the street from the McNeil Estates and is a very popular place for breakfast and brunch. Their portions are gigantic and on a Sunday you can expect a wait.

Just down the street is Las Vegas North Premium Outlets, an fabulous outside shopping venue. It's known for it's discount prices on top brands. The Cheesecake Factory has a located in the mall can make visiting this mall an all day event.
Things to Do
The Smith Center for the Performing Arts is a Las Vegas arts staple built in 2009. It's located in downtown Las Vegas in the 61 acre Symphony Park. The Smith consists of two buildings with three theaters. The Smith Center welcomes all kinds of performances from traveling Broadway shows to to one man acts. They have something almost everyday of the week to enjoy.
